Dawn, expert book and box balancer Good morning everybody, welcome to the "Dawn's Guide to Balancing Boxes on Twinns Heads". As everybody knows, this is a feat not included in Twinns resume's, and it does take lots of practise and dedication. There is no easy way to do it, just lots of practise, practise and practise. As you can see in the picture below its quite possible to get 2 Twinns to carry a box between them. However, there are a few cardinal rules to follow. Always make sure your Twinns are wearing flat shoes and that their ankles are tight. Then make sure the box that they will be carrying is very light. A heavy box will just give your Twinns a headache and make them really grumpy. Your Twinns can practise by standing them up very close to a wall and gently putting a book on their head. Its not a good idea to start with the Unabridged Oxford Dictionary, try some light reading first, a fairy tale usually works. Use lots of praise and hugs, Twinns like praise and hugs and it helps a lot. Don't make your Twinn stand too long because we tend to get grumpy and fall over. To know how we feel, try balancing a book on your head, see how you like it! (We recommend that you start off with the Unabridged Oxford Dictionary.).
Now that your Twinns know what is expected of them you can proceed to the next step. The idea is to get your Twinns to stand as far apart as needed. (Try not to use them as tumbling domino's, it makes them grumpy). This does require patience and understanding, don't be impatient, they will eventually stand (unless they are non-poseable's in which case you are wasting your time). Then find that box! For the purposes of our picture an empty My Twinn box was used. We have just been informed by our correspondent in the United States that 2 Twinns, Carin and Taryn of Pennsylvania, have gone into the business of Saurian Transportation. They have kindly allowed us to show them hard at work moving Carlisle the crocodile from point A to point B. We would like to stress that Carlisle wanted to be moved and that no crocodiles were forcibly moved. Do not try this at home unless you are suitably qualified to transport Saurians or other large lizards.
